Organizations are now able to develop their own campaigns and offer their own events using the Benchmark Connections hosted and managed CivicRM environment.

Campaign Manager Access
- Register one Campaign Manager for access needed to create and deliver campaigns and Events.
- Add multiple Campaigns and Events and deliver them on the schedule you choose.
- Register multiple, limited access, assistants to help you manage Contributors.
Manage your Contacts and expand as you mature Contributor Relationships.
- Contributors will register and enroll through the Benchmark Connections Online CivicRM environment based on the rates you set for your Events and these funds will pass through to you monthly.
- You will manage your Contributors and Event participants directly through CivicRM, including enrollment changes, adds/drops, and refunds.

What's Included With Hosting:
We host and maintain the server and WordPress/CiviCRM environment your instance runs on — the underlying server, PHP/database stack, security patching, routine backups of the server, database, and uploaded files (retained on a rolling basis, restoration handled by our team on request), and installing official CiviCRM version updates on a regular schedule.
What's Yours to Manage:
You're responsible for building and running your own campaigns, events, and donation/registration pricing; managing your own Contributor and Event participant enrollment, changes, and refunds through CiviCRM; configuring your own payment settings; managing your Campaign Manager and assistant user accounts; and the accuracy and privacy compliance of the contact/contributor data you load into CiviCRM. Hands-on configuration help, fundraising strategy, and general technical support beyond the platform itself are available We'd also recommend periodically exporting your own contact, donor, and event lists to CSV from within CiviCRM as an extra safety net — this is available to you directly through Search/Export and doesn't require our involvement. at the hourly rates above.
CiviCRM is licensed under the AGPL; the unmodified source is publicly available from the CiviCRM project, and we haven't modified core.
