These few pages are to introduce my background and experience. More importantly, you will find a life long commitment to Mastering life as a Christian. No, there isn't a Master's Degree, and while I haven't gotten it all right, God has been real in my life since I was seven years old and accepted Christ in Vacation Bible School. The decisions that shaped these life experiences are the result of my desire to demonstrate this life in Christ in these areas:

My Home and Community

I always knew that my Grandmother (until she went on) and Mother we're praying for me which helped me make good decisions and provided support to recover from the bad ones. Being a Christian shaped my behavior as a Husband where I learned to love my wife, as a Father I learned to provide and care for three children. It shaped my leisure activities as Scoutmaster for my sons and other young men that needed a mentor. It helped me set priorities for community involvement as Precinct Chairman and Platform Committee Member where I learned the power of influence in creating change, and as a Board Member then Board Chairman of National Alliance for the Mentally Ill of Oklahoma where I learned to advocate for those in need.

Ministry Positions

As a member of several congregations I learned the foundational truths of the Gospel, as a volunteer for service and missionary non-profits I learned to serve, as a student at RHEMA Bible Training Center and The School of the Local Church I learned the tools of ministry, as Director of Pastoral Care and Outreach (Missions) at Grace Church in Tulsa I learned to work with teams and to apply grace and mercy, and most recently as National Day of Prayer Task Force Coordinator for New York State with my wife Noemi I'm learning to listen more.


As a machinist I learned work ethic, as a programmer I learned business skills, as a Customer Service Manager I learned people skills, as a Global Project Manager it was systems integration, as a Data Center Operations Manager I learned consistent delivery and developed financial skills, and currently as owner of NER Online Enterprises, Inc. I'm learning more about me.

  • Conducted risk assessments; recommended risk mitigation strategies; implemented remediation.
  • Drove Data Center Optimization work that reduced the annual operating run rate by $3.9M
  • Deployed a common application environment and initial operating support model globally in four regional data centers and then established the operations team for the Americas.
  • Spearheaded the technical integration of Burmah Castrol systems with BP in the Americas for 2.4K users in four primary business units at 58 sites.

During my six year and a half year tenure on the Board, with two and a half years as President, we tripled the State office annual budget to $350k and grew from 1 to 6 local chapters statewide.

Grew this missionary service organization from the one founding couple, George and Karen Bean, to eleven individuals or couples deployed full time in nine countries.

Associate Deans hire Part-time Instructors in Business and Information Technology, Communications, Liberal Arts, Performing Arts, Science and Mathematics, or Continuing Education (non-credit courses/personal enrichment). My proffessional experience and accreditation's were a good fit for courses in Microsoft Office products so I taught Word, Excel, and Visual Basic programming. I also taught dBase programming. (TJC is now Tulsa Community College)

Multiple Project and Service Support Positions.

Pastoral Care and Outreach Director for this congregation of over three thousand supporting more than twenty full time missionaries and conducting team medical mission trips at least annually. My initial position was as High School Math and Science Teacher where I taught Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Algebra, and AP Calculus. Troop 990 and Pack 990 in the Indian Nations Council of the Boy Scouts of America were chartered to Grace Fellowship Church in June, 1985. Grace Fellowship, through the then Children's Director Joe McGee, incorporated the Boy Scouts program for the purpose of teaching the young men of the church and these programs were effective as many of the Troop members and leaders advanced from the Cub Scouts Pack. As a father of Troop members Adam and Jason Ross, I participated during Troop meetings, summer camp, and a high adventure trek to Philmont. My involvement led to my tenure as Scoutmaster beginning May of 1990.
